Information

This 130 metre long footbridge connects Krakow’s districts of Kazimierz and Podgorze. Named after Laetus Bernatek a Polish monk who actively helped fight cholera and smallpox outbreaks in Krakow and a founder of new Brothers Hospitallers of Saint John of God hospital. Built in 2010 in place of Franz Joseph’s bridge that had been demolished by the early 20th century.
