We invite all students to classes renewable energy – power of water during which students will be able to discover water plants and their ecological potential. It is currently well known that human race should search for more efficient ways to acquire energy. One of the examples of such activity is creating water dams and water plants. On the route, we will start with the entrance to water plant and we will meet its workers. The plant employee will show and explain how water plants work. Next the group will be transferred to Niedzica to see another picturesque water dam (outside) and Niedzica castle (outside). We will then continue to majestic Dunajec Gorge and have a rafting trip on a river regulated by water dam. The rafting season in Dunajec Gorge starts on the first of April and lasts till the thirty-first of October. Still, as Pieniny National Park is greatly covered in deciduous forest, the best time to make the rafting is in autumn when colourful leaves create artistic landscapes. Dunajec Gorge is considered one of the most beautiful natural gorges in Europe.
