The castle in Golub-Dobrzyń was erected at the turning of the13th and 14th century and the current form is in a Gothic and Renaissance style and it has a rectangular plan. In the castle surroundings a few cannons were placed still, more of them are planned in the future. Currently, the castle is a museum, a hotel (for 60 guests) and a restaurant. The castle is also a place where you can organize various events such as trainings, conferences, weddings, picnics, company and family meetings and gatherings. The museum unfortunately doesn’t have original furnishings or equipment still, visitors can see archeological, ethnographic exhibits and military items. As the castle is situated at the top of the hill, it also offers a very picturesque viewing terrace.
