23 Kąty Bystrzyckie Street, Kąty Bystrzyckie, 57-540
Gottwaldówka is a 19th-century farm set up on a square plan with a characteristic arched gate, named after its former owners. It is located in Kąty Bystrzyckie, near Lądek Zdrój, a picturesque village "squeezed" into the valley of the surrounding Krowiarek range. It consists of a separate house, a barn and a coach house. After the renovation, an exhibition hall was created in the cowshed, in which the original character of the interior was preserved. The coach house, open towards the courtyard, was intended for a display of agricultural machinery, harnesses and carts. Gottwaldówka collects the regional collection of books in German and Polish as well as monuments of material culture related to the land of Kłodzko. It is a unique facility not only in terms of ethnography, but also culinary. The magnet attracting tourists are the workshops of baking sourdough bread in an old bread oven, as well as the opportunity to try old Lower Silesian specialties, included in the ministerial list of traditional products, such as Silesian heaven or Silesian crumble cake.
