The Jaworek vineyard is one of the first and largest vineyards in Poland that cultivate the noble grapevine Vitis vinifera. It was founded in 2001 by Lech and Ewa Jawork. The first grape harvest took place in 2003, thus creating a debut vintage consisting of such wines as: riesling, pinot noir, pinot gris, elbling. The vineyard organizes sightseeing. During the visit, guests will learn about the history of the vineyard. During the tour of the winery, the process of making and producing wine is presented, from the moment of harvesting the fruit to putting the finished wine on sale. The tour ends with a tasting of wines and honey from Jaworek Vineyards, in a newly restored tasting room. The tour takes place on selected days or upon prior reservation. There is a restaurant in the vineyard, which serves dishes prepared, among others, from products from Lower Silesia. There is also a conference room with full multimedia facilities at the guests' disposal.
