Kasprowy Wierch in Zakopane area provides length of the journey almost 4.3 km. The height difference between the first station in Kuźnice and the destination station at Kasprowy Wierch is 936 m. On the way to the summit there is one ropeway change. The ropeway carts move with the speed of 8 meters per second. One cart can take up to 60 people at a time. In winter the cart starts the journey every 10 minutes (if there are very few people every 30 minutes). During the most busy seasons the ropeway can transport 3 000 people a day. Of course, the biggest attraction of the ropeway is the view to the Tatra Mountains panorama. The hight of Kasprowy Wierch is 1987 meters above sea level.
