We invite all our adult groups for meads tasting from historic restaurant collection. Mead is an alcoholic beverage created by fermenting honey with water, often with various fruits, spices, grains, or hops. The alcoholic content ranges from about 3.5% ABV to more than 20%. The defining characteristic of mead is that the majority of the beverage's fermentable sugar is derived from honey. It may be still, carbonated, or naturally sparkling; dry, semi-sweet, or sweet. During degustation you will be able to try: NOBLE MEAD (Mead with aroma of multifloral honey. Matured for 3 years.), PRINCELY MEAD (Mead is an unusual combination of dark autumn honey and Polish herbs. Matured for 5 years.), „BISKUPI” MEAD (Fruity mead with addition of apple juice. Matured for 5 years.). All that can be enjoyed in a historical restaurant at the Main Market Square in Kraków.
