The Museum of life in the Polish People's Republic is located in Warsaw at Piękna 28/34. It was established in 2014 and presents selected facts, stories and realities of life in the times of the Polish People's Republic (PRL). The interiors and objects presented at the exhibition constitute a story about how the politics of the "people's government" influenced the everyday life of the citizens affected by its effects. The symbols of the Polish People's Republic that can be seen at the exhibition include a Small Fiat, a Bambino phonograph, and a Frania washing machine. The museum is open 7 days a week. Fridays from 12:00 – 20:00, and on other days from 10:00 to 18:00.
