Stare Jatki in Wrocław is the historical name of a Wrocław street in the Old Town connecting Odrzańska Street with Kiełbaśnicza Street. This street is entered in the register of monuments of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. It is one of the most beautiful streets in Wrocław. Stare Jatki Street takes its name from the slaughterhouses that were built here in the 13th century. Today, articles for artists and craftsmen are traded here, numerous works are displayed in painting, sculpture and applied art galleries. One of the stalls presents the products of one of the most eminent glass artists - Mr. Stanisław Borowski, who lives and works in Tomaszów Bolesławiecki. Art workshops are organized here for residents and tourists, who are reminded of the history of butchering by the Monument to Slaughter Animals.
