Information

The murmurs trail is situated 54 km from Zamość (1 h drive) and 142 km from Lublin (about 2 h). It is one of the most beautiful and picturesque trails in Roztocze area. The natural reserve “Nad Tanwią” (“By Tanwia River”) has the area of 41 hectares and is located in Tanwia river basin, by the estuary of Jeleń (Deer) creek, by Huta Szumy village (former Rebizanty). The biggest tourist magnet in the natural reserve is the murmur trail along the creek with 24 rock steps (along 400 m stream) which create small waterfalls and this characteristic water murmur. The whole blue trail has 17 km, still if you don’t want to walk that long, you can see just a part of it with the water steps. Along the trail tourist will also find benches to rest and relax by stream murmur and information tables. It is an ideal place for forest and pristine nature lovers.
