The European Festival of Taste is a cyclical event that has been taking place for every year in September in the Old Town of Lublin. It is one of the largest culinary, music and cultural festivals in eastern Poland and one of the most characteristic events for the Lublin and Lublin regions. Fans of ecological, local delicacies will find at the culinary Inspiration Fair, accompanying the Lublin festival, the best products from the Lublin region and excellent regional food from around the world. They will be able to taste original Ottoman pastries such as baklava and serlava, fantastic products of Georgian cuisine, Tuscan wines, Portuguese oils and olives, and dried fruit from all over the world. The organizers are also open to street food truck lovers. Food trucks from all over Poland come to the festival - to offer a wide variety of street flavors, including slowfood burgers, original herring, pastrami, sandwiches with their own sauces, BBQ, regional specialties such as Krakow-style mash or casseroles and homemade sweets. The event is accompanied by concerts, exhibitions and other cultural events.
