The author's gallery "Gold & Silver Gallery" is located in Sandomierz and is run by Cezary Łutowicz. Cezary Łutowicz is the creator of unique artistic jewelery, small sculptural forms and objects of applied art. He is also the discoverer of striped flint. In 1972 he introduced him to the world of jewelry and since then he has been the ambassador of this most Polish stone. Thanks to him, this rare mineral became a stone of Polish diplomacy, and in 2007 Sandomierz was proclaimed the World Capital of Striped Flint. Cezary Łutowicz is the originator and co-organizer of the Sandomierz Goldsmith Workshops "Striped Flint - Stone of Optimism". For his professional achievements in 1978 he was awarded by the Minister of Culture and Art with the honorary title: Master of Artistic Craft. Jewelry with striped flint by him is in the collections of seven museums in Poland and in the collections of the Vatican, and among the world famous people wearing these unique works there are such personalities as the Queen of Belgium, Princess Matilda.
