Uniejów Thermal Baths is a wonderful, modern thermal and swimming pool complex, and at the same time a great recreational and tourist attraction of the region. The basins of the swimming pools are filled with geothermal water, and its healing properties allowed the city to be given the status of a spa. The Uniejów Thermal Baths draw it from three boreholes from a depth of over 2 kilometers below the earth's surface. The water has a temperature of nearly 70 degrees Celsius and therefore the water in the pools has a very pleasant temperature of over 30 degrees, which is warm even on cold days. The complex has been divided into an external and an internal zone. The outer zone includes 5 swimming pools, an island with a jacuzzi and a buffet. There are two swimming pools for children, equipped with numerous water attractions. Adults, on the other hand, will be happy to use numerous hydromassage devices. The internal zone includes a brine and spa pool, a children's pool and a graduation tower. The Uniejów swimming pool complex has also one of the most extensive Sauna and SPA zones in Poland. Visitors will find here the following saunas: infrared, Russian bath, Sunny Meadow, aromatic and Turkish baths. In the sauna world there is also an ice pool, a snow chamber and a brine pool.
