Warsaw Spire is a complex of office buildings in Warsaw located in the Wola district at Plac Europejski 1, 2 and 6. It is the tallest office building in Warsaw and one of the tallest office buildings in Europe. It consists of three buildings: a 180-meter high skyscraper (220 meters high with spiers) and two side buildings 55 m high. Their total area is approximately 100,000 m². Under the facility there is an underground car park with over 1000 parking spaces. Between the buildings, there is a public space with greenery, a small art gallery and an artificial river called “European Square”. In this place bars and restaurants operate, various cultural events take place. The entire Warsaw Spire complex meets the most modern energy saving guidelines.
