The Warsaw University of Technology is one of the largest and best technical universities in Poland and in Central and Eastern Europe. The main entrance to the University of Technology is located on the side of Politechnika Square, which is also where the main building of the university is located. The Warsaw University of Technology conducts studies in Warsaw and at its branch in Płock. Students can choose from 58 fields of study at 20 faculties. There are numerous student organizations and research clubs at the Warsaw University of Technology, as well as non-commercial student media: the portal "polibuda.info", Internet radio Radio Active, Internet TV TVPW and the cultural monthly "i.pewu". The University has an impressive main building that can be visited by tourists.
