The Wrocław Opera (Polish: Opera Wrocławska) is located at 35 Świdnicka Street. Is one of the largest and most important opera theaters in Poland. The opera's repertoire includes primarily great opera classics - from works by Mozart, through Rossini, Verdi, Mussorgsky, Bizet, Offenbach, Moniuszko, Puccini, to Wagner, as well as ballet classics. Since 2008, the Wrocław Opera has been organizing the only Contemporary Opera Festival in Poland, presenting its own performances and productions of guest theaters. There are also prepared performances dedicated to the youngest guests in the morning. The Wrocław Opera also organizes open-air opera performances.
