Hostel 70s and Queen Apartments, located at 2/10 Miodowa St. in Old Jewish District Kazimierz, is a perfect place for those who look for comfortable accommodation in the centre of Cracow with a friendly atmosphere and quiet. It is situated only a 7-minute walk from the Wawel Royal Castle and 10-minute walk from the Main Square. The Hostel 70s is the smallest hostel in Cracow and offers home-like atmosphere and assistance in the organization of free time.
In a three-storey building there are 38 comfortable en-suite rooms for 1-6 persons. All rooms are able to accommodate 100 persons in total. In case of groups all participants are in the same building. Neither the building nor the rooms are fit for disabled people. All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers. Bedlinen, towels and coffee and tea are included in price.
Groups can freely get together in big suites or studios. On the premises, guests can take advantage of free Wi-Fi.
The hostel has its own restaurant which is placed ca. 15 m from the main building. It offers breakfast (from 7:00 to 11:00) as well as dinner. Moreover, there are vending machines with beverages. Guests have also access to the kitchen and kitchen equipment as well as a common kitchen with a microwave.
Reception desk is opened on a daily basis from 8:00 to 24:00. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out until 11:00.
The nearest bus/tram stop is merely 20 m from the facility. The distance to PKP/PKS (main railway/bus station) is ca. 1 km, to the airport – 10 km.
Additionally, reception staff will willingly help guests in organizing trips to the Salt Mine in Wieliczka, the Museum Auschwitz-Birkenau, the Ojcowski National Park and Pieskowa Skała as well as to Zakopane.
It is possible for the coach to drive directly to the facility. The nearest bus park is at 17 Dajwór St. or in Dietla St.
City tax is not charged in Cracow. No deposit needed from guests on the spot.
