Hotel City SM Business & SPA is a three-star facility situated at 16 Gajowa St., close to the Sanctuary of Divine Mercy in Łagiewniki and to the main communication routes. The facility guarantees a wide range of hotel services and it is an ideal place both for guests travelling with families or on business.
The hotel puts at guests’ disposal 96 double, twin and triple air-conditioned rooms and a suite which are able to provide accommodation for 231/303 persons (depending on the age of guests). There is a possibility of making some rooms for triple-use. All rooms are equipped with a TV set, a telephone and free Wi-Fi network. The building and some rooms are fit for disabled people.

On the premises, there is some space for business meetings, conferences and other ventures. 6 spacious, modern and well-equipped rooms are able to host events for 30-150.
The hotel has its own restaurant which offers dish of Polish and European cuisine. Breakfast here is served from 7:00 to 10:00 (it is also possible to have breakfast from 6:00 by prior agreement). Guests can also have dinner here.

Hotel reception is round-the-clock. Check-in is from 14:00, check-out until 11:00. Luggage room is complimentary.

It is possible for the bus to drive up to the hotel and park up on the bus park. The closest bus/tram stop is ca. 800 m away. PKP/PKS (main railway/bus station) is within 10 km, the airport – within 20 km.

There is no city tax. Deposit from guests on the spot is individually settled in case of youth groups.
