Deco Hostel

The Deco Hostel is an interesting accommodation facility placed in a beautifully renovated historic tenement house, located at 3A Mazowiecka St. in the vicinity of the centre of Cracow with an array of terrific spots to visit. It offers affordable accommodation for individual travellers, business travellers as well as groups.
In the five-storey building, there are 28 interestingly decorated rooms able to provide accommodation for 120 persons. The facility offers a various structure of rooms adapting them to the amount of people in a group and their needs. Each room is designed in a different, original style. Some rooms are equipped with bunk beds. 21 rooms do not have access to shared bathrooms. However, for groups, the hostel offers a whole floor or floors of the building for exclusive use, so the toilets in the corridors are only used by the members of a group. Bedlinen is included in the price, towels are additionally paid. Neither the building nor the rooms are adapted to the needs of disabled people, there is no lift in the building.

On the premises, there is a common room, where groups can freely get together, a bar and a garden with a place for a barbecue. Guests can also take advantage of some board games, a small library with some foreign language books, a bike rental and free access to Wi-Fi.
There is also a restaurant offering breakfast and different options of dinner. Breakfast hours are settled individually (on the guests' request even from 5:00 to 12:00). Moreover, there is a common kitchen with a microwave and a vending machine with beverages in the building. The guests can also have a cup of complimentary coffee.

Front desk is opened on a 24/7 basis. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out until 11:00. The guests can use a complimentary luggage room as well as some lockers (some lockers are placed in the halls).

The hostel is placed within merely 150 m from the nearest bus stop and within 450 from the nearest bus/tram stop. The distance to PKP (railway station) is ca. 1.4 km and to PKS (bus station) – 2 km. The airport is ca. 11.5 km away. It is impossible for the buses to drive directly to the hostel, however, they can stop only ca. 100 m at the interesction of Mazowiecka St. and Lubelska St. but only to enable the group to get off. The nearest parking lot for buses is placed ca. 500 m from the facility (at 1 Kamienna St.).
Neither city tax nor deposit from the guests on the spot is charged.
