Hotel Elektor is a three-star facility, located at 28 Szpitalna St., with an array of tourist attractions nearby. In surrounding area, one can easily find: the historic district Old Town, the Old Jewish district Kazimierz, Nowa Huta district, where despite the development of architecture, the unique spirit of the Polish people's republic was maintained. Guests can also easily reach Salt Mines in Wieliczka and Bochnia as well as former concentration camp Auschwitz-Birkenau.

The hotel is able to provide 53 accommodation places in 25 single, twin, double and triple rooms as well as suites. Furthermore, it is possible to treat single rooms as double/twin rooms and twin rooms as double. There is also a possibility of using extra beds in 3 twin rooms to make them for triple-use. The hotel is able to prepare a suitable wheelchair ramp at the hotel entrance. Breakfast is served in hotel’s basement (no elevator), but it is possible to prepare breakfast in the room. The property has an elevator that carries guests to the floors.

In the Elektor Hotel, business guests will find conference facilities for meetings, integration or workshops. There are two well-equipped conference rooms: for 18 persons and 20 persons. The conference space, the hotel rooms and lobby provide free access to Wi-Fi.
Also, the hotel has its own restaurant which serves mainly Italian cuisine. Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 11:00 (on weekdays) and from 7:00 to 12:00 (at weekends). There is also a possibility of ordering two-course of three-course dinners.

Hotel reception is opened 24/7. Guests can check in from 14:00, checkout time is 12:00. Luggage room is complimentary. Moreover, reception staff will offer their help with organizing leisure activities and sightseeing.

The nearest bus/tram stop, from where buses and trams get to every part of the city, is only 200 m from the hotel. PKP/PKS (main railway/bus station) is 700 m away. The distance to the airport is ca. 15 km.
It is not allowed for coaches to drive directly to the hotel. They can stop at 26 Karmelicka St. (3,6 km from the hotel) or at 1 Kopernika St. (0,5 km from the hotel). There is no bus park nearby.

City tax is not charged in Cracow. No deposit required from guests on the spot.
