Hotel service cares about making Grand Hotel an unforgettable place during the travel journey. The whole building, including rooms, is entirely accessible for the disabled.
The hotel is a perfect place for business ventures and conferences. It puts at guests’ disposal as many as eight conference rooms and banqueting halls for 30-160 persons. The hotel provides professional technological conference equipment as well as assistance in arranging specialist facilities.
On the premises there is also a restaurant Grand Resto&Café offering delicious food. Breakfast here is served from 7:00 till 10:00. There is also a possibility of ordering dinners.
Reception desk is opened 24/7. Guests are welcome to deposit their lugage on complimentary basis. Check-in is from 16:00, checkout time is 12:00.
It is impossible for the bus to drive directly to the hotel. The nearest place where it can stop is ca. 450 m from the hotel on Jan Matejko’s Square. There is no bus park.
The closest bus/tram stop is 500 m away, PKP/PKS (railway/bus stop) – 700 m away. The airport is 12 km from the hotel.
Guests, staying at the Grand Hotel, are able to easily reach the most important tourist sites in Cracow. In surrounding area one can find: the Main Square, the Wawel Royal Caste, the Oscar Schindler’s Factory, St. Mary’s Basilica, the Florian’s Gate and numerous Cracow’s museums.
