Hostel Strumyk is located in the street with little traffic, on the premises of the AGH University of Science and Technology campus, only a 10-minute walk from the Main Market Square and a 15-minute walk from the Wawel Royal Castle. It is a great place for those who want to visit the most interesting Cracow’s museums, including the National Museum, located only 1.5 km from the facility. Also, guests who appreciate active leisure will undoubtedly find the place attractive due to a swimming pool, sports fields, tennis courts, bike rental and bowling which are placed in the nearest surrounding.

In the five-storey building, there are 52 accommodation places in 26 cosy and neat rooms of studio type, decorated in bright colours and equipped with light wood furniture. All rooms have access to a shared bathroom with shower (there is a bathroom for two rooms – max for four persons). Hairdryers are available at bethrooms. Kitchenette equipped with dishes, cutlery, fridge, kettle, coffee machine. In case of groups, all participants are accommodated on the same floor in adjacent rooms. Lockers have locks for every guest. Bedlinen and towels are included in price. Both the building and the rooms are adapted to the needs of people moving with the aid of wheelchairs. There is a lift. On the premises, guests can take advantage of a free Wi-Fi network.

Guest can prepare some meals in common kitchens available for free on each floor. Apart from this, guests can also have meal in the cafeteria, which is placed in the Babilon Hostel, across from the Strumyk. Additionally, on the premises there are vending machines with snacks and beverages.

Reception desk is opened 24/7. A hotel day begins at 13:00 and ends at 10:00.

The nearest bus/tram stop is within 100 m from the hostel. The distance to PKP/PKS (main railway/bus station) is ca. 4 km, and to the airport – 10 km. Buses are allowed to drive up to the facility and park up in the free parking lot.

City tax is not charged in Cracow. No deposit from the guests on the spot is required.
