The Hotel Imperial is located in the very heart of the historic city of Cracow, right by the Main Market Square. This place makes the hotel unique both in terms of location and the vibrant environment and, at the same time, provides an incredibly convenient starting point for exploring the city. The immediate vicinity of all major Cracow attractions allows guests to take advantage of their time in a very effective way.

The hotel offers up to 60 accommodation places in 33 fully equipped Classic, Premium and Deluxe rooms of single, twin, double and family type. The rooms are located on four floors connected by lift and stairs. All rooms are decorated in a classic yet functional style and provide free and unlimited access to wireless Internet, LCD TV, hairdryer, free toiletries kit, tea and coffee making facilities, corkscrew, glasses, electronic safe, minibar as well as bathrobes and slippers. A computer and a printer are available for free at the reception. The building and some rooms are fit for the disabled people (there are no special handles, but there is a shower without a treshold in one of rooms).

On the premises, there are some multifunctional rooms and hotel’s restaurant. Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 11:00. The issue of other meals should be settled directly with the restaurant.
Hotel reception is opened 24/7. Check-in is from 14:00, check out till 12:00. Luggage room is complimentary.

The closest bus/tram stop is only 300 m from the hotel. PKP/PKS (main railway/bus station) is 2 km away. The distance to the airport is 12 km.
Coaches are not allowed to drive directly to the hotel, they can stop ca. 350 m from the hotel. There is no bus park here.

City tax is not charged in Cracow. No deposit needed from guests on the spot.
