Lavender is a three-star boutique hotel placed in a historic tenement house, in the street leading directly to the historic centre of Cracow which is the Main Market Square. The hotel is located in the Old Town – the place, where most of the popular tourist attractions are located. Moreover, there is Cracow’s Planty Park nearby. The Lavender hotel feature an unusual combination of modern design and the elements of 19th century architecture.
On the four floors of the building with a lift, there are 37 air-conditioned, modernly and exquisitely decorated en-suite rooms able to accommodate up to 74 persons. Guests can opt for a single room (standard or business), double and twin rooms (standard, comfort or deluxe) and four-person family suite. A distinguishing feature of the elegant interiors are brick walls occurring in all the rooms. Moreover, standard equipment of each room includes: LCD TV, safe, minibar, tea/coffee making facilities and some toiletries. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in every part of the hotel. Neither the building nor the rooms are accessible to the disabled.

On the premises, there is some space for business ventures. The hotel puts at disposal 3 cosy, air-conditioned rooms (the smallest one for 8 persons and the biggest for up to 24 persons) with audiovisuals and access to daylight.

The Lavender Hotel has also its own restaurant “PESTKA Restobar”, with a bar area and a terrace. The restaurant specializes in delicious dishes of European cuisine with an accent of traditional Polish cuisine. Breakfast here is served every morning from 8:00 to 11:00 (breakfast hours can be changed). Two-course dinner is also available. Additionally, there is a possibility of ordering ready-to-eat breakfast sets or packed lunch.

Front desk is opened on a 24/7 basis. Luggage room is complimentary. For an additional fee, the hotel offers guests opportunity to take part in some organized trips or benefit from transfers from/to the airport.

The nearest bus/tram stops are only 140 m and 450 m from the facility. PKP/PKS (main railway/bus station) are placed ca. 1 km away and the Kraków-Balice airport is 12 km away. Due to the hotel location in the paid parking zone, buses can stop next to the facility only for a while in order to drop the group off. There is no bus park nearby.

City tax is not charged in Cracow. No deposit from guests on the spot is required.
