The Maksymilian Hotel is a three-star facility placed in a historic but beautifully restored tenement house from the 19th century only 500 m from the Old Town, just a 7-minute walk from Cracow’s Main Market Square and a 20-minute walk from the Wawel Royal Castle. The building itself is in the list of monuments of Cracow. Staying at the hotel, its guests are able to easily reach most of the Cracow’s tourist gems.
In the hotel, there are 47 comfortable standard, comfort and deluxe rooms of single, double/twin and triple types. Moreover, 13 rooms are equipped with an additional sofa bed so the rooms can be used as triple. The facility is able to accommodate 101 guests (116 with extra beds). All the rooms are luxuriously arranged, kept in bright and warm colours and equipped with air-conditioning, TV, a radio, a safe, coffee/tea making set as well as free Wi-Fi access. Each room has its own modern bathroom with a shower or a bath and a hairdryer. Windows of most of the rooms overlook a beautiful courtyard and backyard. This is the reason why, despite the location in the city centre, there is peace and quiet in the hotel. Both the building and the rooms are entirely adapted to the needs of disabled guests.

On the premises, there is a meeting room able to seat 20 person in total. The Maksymilian Hotel has its own restaurant, placed in the basement of the building, which offers dishes of traditional Polish cuisine as well as European cuisine. Buffet breakfast is served on a daily basis from 7:00 to 10:30. The restaurant is able to prepare also some lunch boxes. Dinner is available for organized group (min. 10 persons). Also, there is a drink bar with an array of best wines and other alcohols. Guests can take advantage of massage and simply relax in “Your Health Studio”.

Reception desk is opened 24/7. A hotel day begins at 14:00 and ends at 12:00. There is a complimentary luggage room.

The nearest tram stop is only 50 m from the hotel and the bus stop is ca. 400 m away. PKP/PKS (railway/bus station) is placed ca. 1.4 km. The distance to Kraków-Balice airport is ca. 9.1 km. Buses are allowed to drive up to the hotel, however, there is no possibility of parking up here. The closest paid parking lot for buses is at 26 Karmelicka St.
City tax is not charged in Cracow. Deposit on the spot is required from youth groups.
