Mundo Hostel is a great choice for all those who appreciate staying away from the hustle and bustle of a big city. Despite its location in the centre of Cracow, it is placed in a two-storey tenement house on the side of courtyard what makes it a quite calm and cosy place to accommodate. In close proximity to the hostel there are the Wawel Royal Castle, the Main Market Square or Cracow’s old Jewish district – Kazimierz.
A distinguishing feature of the hostel is its idea for rooms – each of them has the name of a different country which was inspiration for interiors.

The overlooking gardens hostel is able to provide accommodation for 34 guests in total in 12 twin, double, quadruple and six-bed rooms, two of which have private bathrooms. 10 other rooms have access to common spacious bathrooms (situated on every floor) with hairdryers. Bunk beds are in 3 rooms. Bedlinen is included in price, towels are additionally paid. Groups are accommodated on the same floor in adjacent rooms. Neither the building nor the rooms are accessible to disabled people. There is no elevator in the building.

On the premises, there is a common room, where groups can freely assemble, as well as an open for general use garden. Guests are welcome to take advantage of some board games, small library with foreign language books and free access to Wi-Fi available in the facility.

The Mundo Hostel does not own its restaurant but it offers a delicious breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00 in the main building. Apart from this, guests have at their disposal a common kitchen equipped with a microwave, a vending machine with beverages and a bar. Coffee for guests is complimentary.

Reception desk is opened 24/7. Check-in is from 13:00, check-out until 10:00. Guests can deposit their luggage for free.

It is only 300 m to the nearest bus/tram stop. The distance to PKP/PKS (main railway/bus station) is ca. 1.2 km and the airport is ca. 10 km from the facility. Buses are allowed to drive directly to the hostel, there is no bus park nearby, however.

There is no city tax in Cracow. No deposit needed from guests on the spot.
