One World Hostel is a facility located next to the railway station and tram line, nearby Cracow’s famous Planty Park. It is situated on two floors of a three-storey building without an elevator. Hostel’s location near the historical centre of Cracow makes the place undoubtedly attractive for those who look for real city’s gems.

The hostel is able to accommodate as many as 96 persons in 14 spacious and comfortable dorms, including: two-person, four-person, six-person, eight-person, ten-person and twelve-person ones. Apart from that, there is a possibility of using extra beds to extend number of accommodation places up to 110. Bunk beds are placed in all the rooms except for private ones. The 12-bed room has its own bathroom. There is one private bathroom for a 2-bed room (this bathroom is usually for the organizers/teachers, they have a separate key to it). The other rooms share bathrooms in the hallway (one bathroom with 3-4 showers is on average per 4 rooms). Hairdryers can be borrowed at reception desk. Bedlinen is included in price, towels are additionally paid.
In case of groups, if only there is such a possibility, all the participants are accommodated on the same floor in adjacent rooms. However, in case of bigger groups there is a possibility of accommodating some people (for example drivers) in the other facility “Mikołajska 5”, located within a 5-minute walk from the One World Hostel.
The building is not air-conditioned, however, in common parts as well as in all rooms there are fans. Neither the building nor the rooms are fit for the disabled.

On the premises, there are a common room and a dining room where groups can freely get together. Guests are welcome to take advantage of foreign language books, playing cards and free access to Wi-Fi. Buffet breakfast is served in a dining room in the main building from 8:00 to 10:00. The hostel cooperates with a restaurant which delivers catering. Guests can also go to a restaurant in the Grodzka or Karmelicka St. Moreover, there is a common kitchen with a microwave, bar and vending machine with snacks and beverages. Guests can also drink a cup of complimentary coffee.

Reception desk is opened 24/7. Check in is from 14:00/15:00, check-out until 11:00. Luggage room is free of charge. Moreover, there are lockers in rooms. The first key (which opens the room and one of the lockers) for the room is free, every other key requires leaving a deposit. The deposit will be refunded in full when the key is returned.

The nearest bus/tram stop is within a 3-minute walk from the facility and PKP/PKS (main railway/bus station) – within 10-minute walk. Getting to the airport should not take up more than 20 minutes by train and 45 minutes by bus. It is not possible for a coach to drive directly to the hostel. Instead, it can stop next to the Wyspiański Hotel which is placed a few metres away. There is no bus park nearby.

Deposit from guests on the spot is charged only for additional keys to lockers and for towels.
