Sheraton Grand Krakow is a five-star hotel located at the foot of the Royal Wawel Castle by the banks of Vistula River. It is an elegant and modern place, situated in great area of Krakow with most important attractions, such as the Old Town and Kazimierz district within a walking distance.

The hotel offers 232 fully renovated, spacious guest rooms including 8 suites with exceptional views towards Wawel Castle and Vistula River. With 7 different room types (Deluxe, Grand Deluxe, Club Room, Club Studio, Deluxe Suite, Grand Deluxe Suite and Royal Wawel Suite) guests have the possibility to personalize their stay to their needs and preferences. All rooms are able to accommodate up to 464 guests. 23 rooms can accompany up to 3 persons with the possibility of an extra bed or a baby crib. Rooms are equipped with manual A/C and Smart TV with Bluetooth connection to Android devices and USB charging sockets. On the premises, there is also a complimentary Wi-Fi connection.

Both the building and rooms are entirely accessible to the disabled.
Reception desk is opened 24/7. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out till 12:00.

The hotel offers four different culinary venues: The Olive Restaurant in the middle of the spectacular atrium, Roof Top Terrace & Lounge Bar with breathtaking views, Qube Vodka Bar & Café – a lobby bar with plenty choice of beverages, delicious desserts and coffees and SomePlace Else sports bar with summer garden, all offering an array of cuisines to be experienced. Delicious buffet breakfast, being served in The Olive Restaurant with more than 100 delicious food items and live cooking stations, is available all week (Mon-Fri from 6:30 till 10:30, Sat-Sun from 7:00 till 11:00). Dinners are also available.

Facilities available at the hotel include Club Lounge where guests can relax having access to unlimited snacks and drinks daily and hors d’oeuvres in the evening. The Sheraton Fitness offers guests the opportunity to relax and unwind with a well-equipped gym, indoor heated pool, saunas and treatment room.

The bus can drive up to the hotel, but the paid bus park is on the other side of the street.
There are two bus/tram stops nearby – 400m and 500m from the hotel. The distance to PKP (railway station) and PKS (bus station) is ca. 2,7km, and the Balice airport is 12km away.

City tax is not charged in Cracow. Deposit from the guests on the spot is not required.
