O3 is a two-star facility, located in Mokotów quarter in Warsaw, nearby the most important attractions in Warsaw. One of the most scenic parks – Royal Baths or a beautiful Wilanów Palace are within walking distance. Situated in the vicinity of a business centre, the hotel is a great place to stay for all business travellers.
The facility is able to accommodate as many as 812 guests in 238 spacious and comfortable rooms of double and twin types. For a greater convenience, some rooms are equipped with extra beds, so they can be used as triple or even quadruple. Some of them include bunk beds. All the rooms feature modern design, an interesting colour scheme and modern, comfortable furniture. Each room has its own private bathroom with shower, air-conditioning, TV and free access to the wireless Wi-Fi. Both the building and the rooms are entirely accessible for disabled guests.

On the premises, there is a hotel restaurant with a rich menu consisting of European dishes. Buffet breakfast is served here on a daily basis from 6:30 to 10:30. The hotel offers also half-board and full-board packages.

The nearest bus/tram stop is merely within 20 m from the facility. PKP (main railway station) and PKS (bus station) are ca. 6.5 km away, and the distance to the airport is 8.7 km. Buses are allowed to stop 20 m from the hotel and park up in the paid parking lot nearby.

City tax is not charged in Warsaw. Deposit from the guests on the spot is not required.
