ABOUT THE HOTEL / The facility is private property, owned by the Witkowski family and managed by
them on a daily basis. The owners have extensive experience in the industry and a very hotel soul, which
translates into a unique approach not only to customers, but also to colleagues. This is a place where
everyone will experience Polish hospitality in the best sense of the word.

DIRECTIONS / LOCATION / Hotel Witkowski is located in Warsaw, at Al. Krakowska, in close proximity
to the airport. F. Chopin (approx. 5 minutes away), and the city center is only 10 minutes away by car.
The convenient location right next to the E77 route makes traveling to Krakow, Katowice, Łódź and
Wrocław comfortable. The popular S8 route allows you to quickly reach other districts (Bemowo, Wola,
Praga Północ, Targówek) or nearby towns (e.g. Ożarów and Grodzisk).

SHUTTLE BUS / Guests can easily get from the hotel to the airport using the hotel's free shuttle bus.
They will get from the airport to the hotel in the same way, without having to worry about the means of
transport - just call the hotel reception to order a shuttle bus from the airport.

PARKING AND GARAGE / Guests traveling by car can park free of charge in the external parking lot - in
front of the hotel building, and in case of high occupancy, additional parking spaces are available in the
underground garage in the building.

ACCOMMODATION / The hotel has modernly furnished rooms (75) in Comfort and Premium standards,
as well as a Family room and Studio rooms. The rooms have perfect air conditioning, and guests have
free WiFi throughout the hotel. On request - we are happy to provide additional bed linen and towels, a
baby cot, an iron and ironing board, a safe and a wake-up service. The rooms of each category are
comfortable and spacious (20-30 m²). Most of them have an elegant bathroom in a modern style with a
shower, and in selected rooms a bathtub.

praised ones include our cuisine and culinary proposals, clean, nice rooms, helpful, flexible approach
to guests/customers and the same team of employees as well as free parking and convenient
shuttlebus.

RESTAURANT / Offers 90 seats - it is cozy and comfortable, you can have a nice time with tasty dishes,
either privately or on business. During the summer months, guests can use our green area - where they
can eat a meal or take a break during the conference.

CONFERENCE ROOMS AND SERVICES / 5 rooms of various sizes, 4 of which can be connected, all
with daylight. The largest and most beautiful, extremely elegant rooms (Vega and Zeta) when combined
make it possible to organize any event on 270 m². Practical and free equipment in the rooms
(multimedia projector, screen, flipchart and high-bandwidth wireless Internet) is their great advantage.
All rooms have efficient and modern air conditioning.

OCCASIONAL EVENTS / Our regular individual customers value the quality of service and culinary
proposals, which is why they recommend to others and return to us for subsequent special events,
such as: birthdays, wedding anniversaries, wedding receptions, family dinners, communions, baptisms
