Exchange of knowledge and keeping up to date with the most recent discoveries is a crucial element of every doctors’ medical experience. This is why every year in the United States ASH Meeting is organised. It is the premier event in malignant and non-malignant haematology. Unfortunately, COVID Pandemics stopped many conferences. This is why we were more than happy to assist our group of Polish doctors to go this December to Atlanta for the first on site meeting after lifting of COVID restrictions. The journey took place between 8 and 15 December 2021. We were assisting the group first with travel logistics in Poland and then organised for them quite unusual flight. We have arranged business class flights with the newest, unprecedently luxurious Airbus A350-900 of Air France. On top of that all our group members had an admission to the newly refreshed business lounge at CDG airport. Our 7 members group also stayed in a luxurious Atlanta Marriott Marquis 4* Hotel that is recommended by the congress’ organiser. During the group’s stay in Atlanta we have organised meals in the best city’s restaurants where our group members could start their gourmet culinary experience with sophisticated Italian dishes and follow even to traditional American steaks. It was a great pleasure to organise the group’s stay in Atlanta. We have great hope that COVID pandemics left us for good and we will be able to come back to many live, on-site events of this kind.
