Fairs organization

One of our favourite fields of action is big fairs organization. Poland is still popular to organize great fairs due to new and modern hotel base, good venues and still moderate prices. When it comes to fairs or conferences with great numbers of attendees Warsaw is still the most popular city in Poland due to a great number of big business hotels. Here we want to share with you some details of fairs that we organized for our Norwegian client in 2016. The group counted 210 guest and was staying in five star Radisson Blue Centrum Hotel (currently called Radisson Collection Hotel) from the 21st till 26th of September 2016. For the purpose of the conference and fairs we have hired all conference space of the hotel and foyer. We have also organized all catering services for the group and all transfers. As the group was arriving and departing with various planes, we have planned impeccable net of airport connections. Moreover, the group had two gala dinners on site. One was planned in Ale Gloria restaurant, where the dinner was accompanied by live music show of a local music band. The other one was a huge gala with dancing, a Norwegian band live concert, a magician and a comic stand-up show organized in Radisson Blu Hotel. For that we have organized special table decorations and laser wall show, we have also organized technical support for the music performance and a cameraman to capture the whole event. Summing up, these were very active 6 days but also very enjoyable to organize for us. We are really proud for all the arrangements made for this group as the whole group stay truly ideal.
