Some trips remain in our memory slightly longer than others. The below one left lasting memory. It took plane on 15-18.04.2015. The group was coming from Norway to Gdańsk and it included 23 teachers and students of gastronomy school. They not only wanted to do some sightseeing in Gdańsk but also wanted to meet with students of local gastronomy school, see how food is prepared and learn some Polish trends in gastronomy education, as a highlight they wanted to taste some Polish food. We organized a visit in the gastronomy school in Gdańsk. The group was able to talk with students, take tour around the school and also have a meal of traditional Polish dishes prepared by the school’s students. The menu included “Pierogi” traditional Polish dumplings, beef roulade, buckwheat groats, beetroot salad and drinks. All the best well known customary Polish dishes. The whole event was a huge success and really interesting educational experience. Apart from this visit the group also had traditional Gdańsk sightseeing with Lion Galleon cruise and one day visit to Sopot in their itinerary. All in all, it was a really nice group that remained in our memory for a long time.
