Last minute orders

We always like to have our orders ready for realization about 1 month before the group arrival. Usually it is achievable. Still, what do we do when it is not? We do whatever is possible and sometimes even what it is not 😉 to help our clients make their dreams come true. Here I want to share two cases of this kind with you. The first case is our Norwegian client. He works for adult business groups. With such specific clients, quite often the schedule details and even the group numbers are usually unknown before just a few days before the group arrival. Our solution is to create the whole program about a week before the group arrival. It is sometimes challenging when it comes to availabilities but usually we are able to realize 95% of all wishes anyway. We are very proud about that. The other last minute orders case happens when a group changes their mind already on site. It quite often happens that groups don’t want to have too tight plans for their Polish visits but as they are on site and get enchanted with the surrounding they want to add some points to their program. Such situation happened for example to our Belgian Group of 69 guests that arrived to Cracow 7-10.04.2015 for a conference. They stayed in Demel Hotel and had some conference meetings every day. After some general sightseeing that they had planned on the first day, they called us that they would like to see Kazimierz District with greater detail. Straight away we have organized a guide for that and entrance to 3 synagogues so, they were able to enjoy the bohemian Kazimierz District next day just after their conference ended. It is easier to plan your trip in advance as it gives you the best hour availabilities in many tourist sights. Still, we are as flexible as possible and sometimes it is good to change your plans even during your stay to enjoy yourself better.
