In Poland majority of international conferences are organized in well known tourist cities such as Warsaw, Cracow or Gdańsk. Still, slightly less known abroad but a very interesting location is Łódź City. The city gives lots of diverse opportunities. It has about 670 thousand inhabitants and has greatly developed its tourist base in the last few years. The biggest highlights include EC1 centre, Orientarium, Manufaktura Centre and Księży Młyn District. Łódź has many interesting industrial revolution monuments. In terms of Polish geography, it also has an excellent location in the geographical centre of the country, which offers convenient transport connections. All the above points helped our client to make a decision to organise out of the box conference there. The event took place between 16 and 18.09.2022 and was planned for 14 people. The group was staying in an excellent 4-star Puro Centre Hotel. PURO Łódź is located in the city centre, only steps away from Łódź’s best restaurants, cafés, shops and attractions. A melting pot of European designers and architects have created a nuanced living experience of the hotel that enables guests to work, rest or play. Our group had two days of fruitful conference and workshops with hiring of 2 conference rooms and full conference package including coffee breaks and lunches. They also had a gourmet culinary experience in Bawełna restaurant (Bawełna in Polish means cotton eluding industrial heritage of Łódź). Some challenge for us with this event was purchasing electronical equipment needed for the conference and the such one that enabled live connections with other conference participants around the world. We also organize constant technical support for the group. All in all, it was a very successful event. We highly recommend considering Łódź City in your conference organisation.
