It is the best mixture when we can join business with pleasure. Quite often happens that when we travel for a conference or fairs to a foreign country, we also want to join it with some sightseeing or relaxing elements. Such situation occurred for instance with one of our Norwegian groups arriving to Gdańsk for business meetings in June 2016. The group was staying in 4 star Haffner Hotel in the centre of Sopot seaside resort, so the venue favoured relax. The group consisted of 27 workers of a company and their partners and spouses, spending 5 days in Poland. Apart from 2 full days of business meetings the group had time to relax, taste excellent Polish cuisine in best restaurants such as Pod Łososiem in Gdańsk and Meridian Restaurant located at the famous Sopot Pier. They also had Gdańsk and Sopot sightseeing and one very interesting cultural point. The group wanted to see Oliva Cathedral and listen to famous organ concerts during Oliwa Organ Festival. Oliwa Cathedral organs are one of the most famous instruments of its kind in the country and every year in summer there is an international organ festival organized there. This was a real highlight for our group. Summing up, it was really fruitful time for our group in Poland, not only in terms of busines criteria but also with great tourist and cultural value.
