Ski Jumping World Cup in Zakopane

The middle of winter season means that all winter sports are extremely popular. We are very happy, that lately, we were able to again host Ski Jumping World Cup in Zakopane. The town is considered winter capital of Poland. Still, most of our groups that visit this area prefer to fly to Cracow and make this location their base. The same happened with our Norwegian group that came to Poland for the Ski Jumping event. The group of 65 sport fans stayed from the 19th till 22nd of January in 4 star Grand Ascot Hotel in Kraków. They enjoyed many attractions of the city and had two gala dinners in excellent Boscaiola and Wierzynek restaurants. We have arranged city sightseeing with headphones for the group to maintain the best possible level of comfort for such a big group. ITS Poland has also assisted with full organization of World Cup tour, from purchasing sport event tickets, to organizing transfers and Polish tour leaders, translators and guides. As Zakopane during the World Cup was really sieged by the ski jumping fans, transfers required quite advanced logistics but everything work flowless and our group was able to enjoy the whole event, without worrying about any organizational details. We are really proud that we could play our part in such an important sport’s event participation.
