Organizing a conference during COVID pandemics is more challenging but definitely not impossible. We have organized such an event between 18 and 19 September 2020 in comfortable 4-star Puro Warsaw Hotel. The hotel has a restaurant, fitness centre, a bar and even a garden. It can also boast a terrace. The property is set a short distance from Złote Tarasy Shopping Centre, Palace of Culture and Science and Warsaw University. Popular points of interest near the hotel include National Museum in Warsaw, Polish Army Museum and Zacheta National Art Gallery. For our private group of 12 guests we have arranged Neon and Lino conference rooms of a common space of 40 m2. In the conference room we have arranged projector, screen, flipchart, noting equipment and of course disinfectant liquid. We have also arranged a coffee break in the middle of the meeting. Apart from the conference the group also had a social events such as dinner in Concept 13 restaurant and Welesbar visit. ITS Poland has also organized plane tickets for the meeting attendees. All in all, it was a very successful event, though that was organised in turbulent COVID times.
