Ferment Praski restaurant is situated at 10A Plac Konesera, 2 km from Warsaw’s ZOO and and 2 km from the National Stadium. Culinary experience, creativity and fascination with modern Polish cuisine led us to creation of Ferment Praski restaurant in the spirit of a neo bistro. The restaurant uses Polish seasonal products and combine them with flavours and cooking techniques from various parts of the world, creating the “twist” formula. The Chef, Michał Kornas, takes care of the intriguing taste of the dishes. He pursued his professional passions in Poland and Norway. His international experience combined with modern Polish cuisine provides an unforgettable dining experience. The interior design of Ferment Praski is modern and neat. The restaurant can host an event for 45 guests at a time.
