Green Bear shows the simplest and the richest form of contemporary cuisine. The simplest, because the cooking technique is entirely subordinated to seasonal flavours while showing the quality of the products used. The richest, because the restaurant treats the quality of products uncompromisingly. Ingredients such as meat, honey, juices etc. are bought only on selected local farms. During numerous occasions Green Bear served meats that were unavailable in any other restaurant in Poland. They serve original compositions that derive from the forgotten classics of Polish cuisine, thanks to reaching for ingredients that are difficult to obtain. The restaurant has been enlisted ad prestigious Gault&Millau list.
