Opasły Tom restaurant is located only 400 m from the famous Warsaw’s landmark - Unknown Soldier Memorial in Saski Garden, at Wierzbowa 9. The guests will find here an open kitchen, visits by resident chefs and a menu presenting contemporary Polish cuisine in original interpretations. The restaurant offers a tasting menu, seasonally changed, available in five and seven course versions, as well as a la carte menu. The Polish cuisine here is cosmopolitan, open to Mediterranean accents, modern and essential. Opasły Tom uses local and seasonal products delivered from a local market. Moreover, wines are selected with particular emphasis on the offer of Polish and Central European wines. The wine list, currently offering over 20 labels, is changed and developed according to the menu. The bar menu is a short menu of smaller, simpler and quicker dishes. Opasły Tom Restaurant offers seats for 70 people and is open from 12 am to 11 pm. It is a cosy, unpretentious, friendly but elegant place. It commemorates the memory of the pre-war gastronomic complex "Oaza", located at this address in 1886 to 1936, there is also a miniature room with historic accents. The interior design was awarded with international architecture prizes. Books, mostly bloated volumes of cookbooks, remain the leitmotif of the restaurant. The main slogan of the restaurant says: "We encourage to read during meals"!
