The viewing terrace is located on the 30th floor of the Palace of Culture and Science, at a height of 114 m, where guests are brought by two modern lifts. The garden on the roof of the University Library in Warsaw is one of the largest and most beautiful roof gardens in Europe. It covers an area of over 1 ha.
