Overview

Silesia region is not an obvious destination on a tourist map of Poland. Still, it is definitely a fascinating one and showing totally different face of the country which is regarded by wider masses as a typically agricultural region of Europe. Katowice and its vicinity give amazing insight to more industrial and urbanized type of Poland. With multitude of technical monuments and contemporary tourist centres, it is the place definitely worth discovering.

Reviews

I have never experienced anything like it in my life! The mixture of old technology monuments and super modern buildings located in historical centres is really precious. I am happy that I chose this "not obvious" tourist destination.
John
Super modern Katowice centre and Nikiszowiec give striking different view of Katowice city. I am glad I have seen this area as it has changed my perspective for Poland in general. Guido mine was truly fascinating. I have never been so deep underground and it was also nice to have a beer in the mine pub. Great tour, flawless coordination and planing on ITS side. Thank you!
Robert
