The Museum of Bread, School and Curiosities is located in the small Silesian town of Radzionków. It was created by Piotr Mankiewicz, who collects exhibits throughout his adult life and wants to pass on to the young generation his attachment to tradition. The museum houses old, antique work tools of bakers and confectioners. Here you can learn about the history and traditions related to bread, with respect for it, as well as with machines and devices for its production. The collection includes several thousand exhibits in the form of machines and devices, postcards, photos, pictures, graphics, publications and books. A lot of exhibits (curiosities) related to the former everyday life have also been collected here and the school class has been reconstructed with old desks, boards, styluses, primers, school bags or uniforms, etc. In addition to lessons on respect for bread and tradition, the museum also tries to teach personal culture and respect for history. They are also store here the so-called bread money, which in times of crisis allowed only to buy it. Visitors can not only see the exhibition, but also shape and bake their own bread. The program of the organized sightseeing tour includes the screening of the film "Bread", the preparation and baking of bread rolls, a lecture on the history, culture and traditions related to bread, and a lesson in a former school class. The Museum of Bread, School and Curiosities is located on the Industrial Monuments Route.
