National Museum of Archaeology is located at Długa 52 in Warsaw. It was established in 1932. The museum offers permanent and temporary exhibitions. The permanent exhibition "The Prehistory of the Polish Lands" shows the material culture of the people living in our territory, from the first human groups to the times of the first rulers. At the exhibitions "ABC of Romanesque Architecture" and "Alphabet of Gothic Architecture", visitors will learn the basic issues and terms related to these architectural styles, while at the "Biskupin" exhibition - the history of the defensive estate from 2700 years ago.
