The Martyrdom Museum in Słońsk was opened on September 28, 1974. In the years 2013-2014, it was modernized under the Operational Project of Cross-Border Cooperation Poland - Brandenburg 2007 - 2013. The museum presents a multimedia exhibition devoted to the history of the prison, the camp and its prisoners. Visitors will be surprised by the extraordinary biographies of the prisoners held here. The facility also organizes meetings and workshops with the participation of young people from Poland and Germany. The facility is open from Wednesday to Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (May, June, September, October), while in other months - from Tuesday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Admission is free.
