It is located at 11 Orzechowa Street in Cracow out of the city center, just 200 m from the public bus stop of multi lines and 350 m from the tram stop. The distance to the center and the main Railway and Coach Stations is about 8.5 km. Cracow-Balice Airport is about 18 km away. It is possible to stop the coach in front of the hotel. Metropolo by Golden Tulip also offers a parking lot for 200 cars and coaches.
The hotel offers: 220 modern and spacious rooms for 440 guests, including 100 rooms with a king size bed and 110 rooms with two separate beds. It is suitable for the disabled. There are also 10 Apartments. If needed 5 TRIPLE rooms can be created by adding additional beds to DBL rooms.
On the ground floor guests will find: reception, Yulan Restaurant, Lychee Bar and 2500 m2 conference center. The restaurant is suitable for 180 guests and serves the dishes of Chinese and European cuisine. Lyche Bar as a specialty offers traditionally prepared Chinese tea. On the first floor there are 2500 m2 conference center and fitness center with dry sauna.
Metropolo by Golden Tulip offers 5,000 m² of conference space that can host events for 2 thousand people. There are 20 modern conference rooms, from 50 to 2,100 m2, located on ground floor and first floor of the hotel. They have access to daylight, mobile partition walls, modern audiovisual equipment, additional catering space and also offer technical support on site.
The hotel has 24/7 reception desk and free luggage storage. A group is always accommodated in one building. The check-in starts at 2 p.m. and check out is till 12 p.m.
