Christmas celebrations and getting together got a new meaning after all the implications of COVID pandemics. ITS Poland has always helped with Christmas catering and restaurant dinner reservations for its clients. This time we want to share with you some details of very special Christmas dinner that we have organised for one of our clients on the 9th of December 2021. It was especially special as employees of our customer were able to reconnect and meet with each other after many months of lock downs and home office work. The dinner was organised in a very special place in the famous Royal Baths Park in Belvedere Restaurant. It is located in the New Orangery building in the Royal Baths. The building is over 150 years old. Belvedere restaurant offers modern Polish cuisine. The menu is based on seasonable ingredients, which change with every season. The interior of the premises is elegant, bright, spacious and filled with beautiful plants. In the orangery the restaurant has about 156 seats and in the main pavilion another 120-130 seats so, it can host big events. Still our event was very private and planned for 15 guests. Belvedere Restaurant has received Michelin guide recommendations for many years in succession, so it is needless to say that prepared dishes for our event were excellent. We have also ordered a rich wine selection for the dinner. It was a very atmospheric evening, full of good humour and thankfulness for the opportunity to meet face to face after many pandemic months.
