Sopot incentive

We want to share some details of an incentive trip for a small group of managers of one of our Norwegian clients to Sopot. The group counted 11 managers and was supposed to have relaxed atmosphere but also included some private business meeting times for work purposes. Our guests stayed at four star Bayjonn Hotel in the very heart of Sopot at famous Monte Cassino Heroes Promenade. They stayed in Poland between the 25th and 27th of April. ITS Poland meet & greet assistant was waiting for the group in the arrival hall with a greeting sign at 12:35 at Lech Wałęsa Airport in Gdańsk. Then, they had private bust transfer to the hotel. At 14:30 they had relaxed lunch at the Mexican and they had afternoon and evening for their own disposal in Sopot. At 19:30 they had gourmet dinner in L’Entre Villes restaurant. Next day they started with conference in the morning with a coffee break and a light lunch in Thai Thai restaurant (excellent Thai cuisine), then they continued to Go-Cart arena for Go-cart competition with prizes. After Go-Cart event they had a barbeque at the roof of Go-Cart arena. In the evening the group had a dinner and booked private lounge in the Unique club and lounge in the Sopot Centre, where the group spent whole evening. In the morning, after breakfast our guests were transferred to the airport for departure. All in all, it was very rewarding event that we recommend to all company owners.
