Gavi cherishes the products of the highest quality that is why we cooperate closely with local suppliers. Therefore, Gavi’s menu is transformed with the seasons and it always results in an outstanding, harmonized mixture of flavours. In the menu you will find regional cheeses, Trout from Ojców or smoked cheese 'oscypek' selected personally by the Chef.
